About this role

The Lead Direct Support Professional supports Aspire Living & Learning’s mission to help neurodiverse individuals live more independently by providing leadership within person-centered residential and community programs. This position works under the Program Manager to support program operations, compliance, and coordination with clinical and administrative teams. The role is based in Bel Air, MD and follows an evening shift schedule (Tuesday–Saturday, 3:00pm–11:00pm).
