Direct Support Professional

This role operates within a Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) setting, empowering individuals with functional, cognitive, and physical or mental health needs to live and receive services in a way that honors their abilities. Direct Support Professionals collaborate with care teams to develop individualized goals, provide hands-on support in home and community settings, and ensure compliance with behavioral care plans and documentation requirements. The position involves assisting with daily living activities, medication administration, transportation, and promoting independence and community integration for those served.
