Direct Support Professional

Legacy Treatment Services is seeking a Direct Support Professional to serve as a positive role model for adolescents with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential treatment setting. The role focuses on building trusting relationships, mentoring youth through daily challenges, and supporting community integration to foster independence and healthy social skills. This position involves assisting with daily living activities, teaching essential life skills, and utilizing positive reinforcement and crisis de-escalation techniques to help consumers succeed.
