Directing Attorney

The Directing Attorney oversees the day-to-day operations of the Southern field office, ensuring high-quality legal representation and effective management of attorney and non-attorney staff. This role involves substantial expertise in federal Indian law, civil litigation, and public interest law to serve low-income Native American individuals and Tribes. The position requires strong leadership, client development, and supervisory skills to maintain relationships with Tribal communities and manage a caseload.
