Staff Attorney

The Staff Attorney provides legal services in Federal Indian law, including litigation, contract negotiation, and advising tribal clients on issues such as jurisdiction, tax, and the Indian Child Welfare Act. The role involves managing a varied caseload, developing relationships with tribes and Indian organizations, and collaborating with senior legal staff on work management and grant development. This position is based in the Southern Office in Escondido, CA, with a hybrid schedule.
