The Director, Academic Programs at Gallaudet University’s Laurent Clerc National Deaf Education Center leads the instructional program for the KDES elementary school serving Deaf and Hard of Hearing students from birth through 8th grade. Reporting to the Superintendent of Demonstration Elementary and Secondary Schools, this role operates within a shared leadership model and supports the school’s national mission and strategic goals. The position is a regular, exempt, salaried leadership role within the Demonstration Elementary and Secondary Schools.
