Director Activation, Control Markets

The Director Activation Control (Trade Development Director) will lead the Trade Development team for Diageo US Spirits across 17 Control States, guiding market-level planning, broker alignment, and channel-specific program development. The role requires building cross-functional partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to drive brand-building initiatives and navigate the complexities of state-controlled alcohol markets. The director will also shape A&P planning inputs and ensure collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Finance and other teams to achieve commercial objectives.
