About this role
The Head of Internal Audit will establish and lead the Internal Audit function for Affirm Bank (an Industrial Loan Company), reporting directly to the Bank’s Audit Committee. This leader will build the bank’s audit infrastructure during the de novo phase and evolve it post-launch to provide independent assurance over governance, risk management, and internal controls in support of FDIC and state regulatory expectations.
