About this role
The Director, AI Products will lead MERGE’s transformation to an AI-first operating system, acting as a hybrid Product Director and internal founder to shape the vision and roadmap. You will lead the AI Garage efforts to build, validate, and scale AI solutions for internal use and eventual market launch while partnering closely with executive leadership and engineering. The role focuses on driving adoption, assessing market viability, and packaging internal efficiency tools into SaaS opportunities.
