The Director, AI Wealth Enablement drives the responsible and value-driven adoption of Artificial Intelligence within the Wealth business by partnering with leaders to identify, shape, and validate AI opportunities. This role translates business needs into clear AI use cases, collaborates with Technology to ensure feasibility, and engages directly with Advisors to gather feedback and educate on AI capabilities. Success is measured by AI-driven value realization achieved through strong stakeholder relationships and a deep understanding of business outcomes and AI capabilities.
