Director, Broker Channel Development, BIE MCAP

The Director of Broker Channel Development is responsible for advancing MCAP’s broker channel strategy across Single Family brands, developing and executing initiatives to strengthen market position, improve sales effectiveness, and support profitable growth. The role works cross‑functionally with sales, marketing, product, operations, IT, credit, underwriting, compliance and other partners, providing senior‑level influence and leadership without direct people‑management responsibility.
