Director - Business Banking Compliance and Operational Risk Enablement

The Director, Business Banking Compliance and Operational Risk Enablement leads the implementation and maintenance of first-line-of-defense programs across business banking, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and effective operational risk controls. The role partners with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to design program strategies, manage complex risk frameworks, and represent the group with regulators and governance forums. It also provides change leadership, training and oversight to embed risk management practices across the operating group.
