The Director, Business Operations & Strategy builds the long-term operational roadmap and strategically tackles organizational challenges within the Provider Operations and Experience team. This role serves as a connector for leadership communications, drives process optimization, and executes highly visible cross-functional projects to ensure operational excellence. The position also partners with the People team on organizational structure and change management to support high-performance and success.
