About this role

Merlin seeks an experienced Operational Leader to partner with the Chief Revenue Officer in driving commercial excellence and scaling revenue operations. This role involves establishing operating rhythms, owning Salesforce as the commercial backbone, and building systems to support growth in the aerospace and defense sectors. The ideal candidate will translate business goals into measurable outcomes while ensuring cross-functional alignment and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Partner with Chief Revenue Officer to drive operational excellence across the commercial organization
Establish and manage the operating cadence for forecasting, pipeline reviews, and performance metrics
Own Salesforce to drive data integrity, pipeline visibility, and scalable reporting for revenue teams
Build and scale core business operations infrastructure including models and performance dashboards
Drive cross-functional alignment between Business Development, Programs, Finance, and Operations

Qualifications

BS in Business, Economics, or related field7-10 years of experience in business operations or commercial leadership
