Director, Catalyst and Industry

The Director, Catalyst and Industry leads the Catalyst program and year-round Industry engagement, focusing on film financing, distribution, and audience engagement for emerging filmmakers. This role develops annual and multi-year strategies to create meaningful film-financing opportunities while building a culture of partnership between independent funders, artists, and their projects. The position oversees project curation, filmmaker support, investor strategy, and industry events in alignment with the Sundance Institute's broader strategic priorities.
