Senior Manager, Major Gifts

The Senior Manager, Major Gifts sets and executes the strategy for the Sundance Institute's major gifts program, managing a portfolio of top-tier donors and developing personalized solicitation strategies. The role involves building a strong donor pipeline through proactive identification and engagement, while providing strategic leadership to a small team. This position requires close collaboration with the Associate Director, Individual Giving to support fundraising campaigns and secure significant financial contributions aligned with the Institute's mission.
