Director, Client Solutions

The Director, Client Solutions serves as a strategic and technical advisor, bridging prospective clients' business challenges with Acosta Group's omnichannel commerce solutions. This role partners with Business Development Executives to drive value-based selling, technology demonstrations, and proof of concept validations. The position focuses on understanding client pain points, aligning them with connected commerce capabilities, and proving the financial and operational impact of solutions. Key responsibilities include leading discovery sessions, designing solution architectures, executing pilots, and refining Go-To-Market strategies.
