About this role

As a Cloud Networking Leader, you will shape and lead Manulife’s global network strategy across AWS and Azure environments. This role focuses on managing distributed teams, modernizing operations through automation and Infrastructure as Code, and ensuring the reliability of critical business platforms. You will partner with security and architecture teams to deliver scalable, resilient connectivity while driving cost efficiency and incident readiness.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a distributed global team of cloud network engineers
Define and execute cloud networking strategy across AWS and Azure platforms
Architect hybrid connectivity and secure network segmentation solutions
Establish operational support models including on-call rotations and runbooks
Drive automation adoption to standardize deployments and reduce manual effort
