Director, Commercial Division

The Director, Commercial Division is a key leader responsible for the performance, profitability, and strategic direction of the Commercial Division at Glass Canada. This role oversees commercial operations and project financial performance while building strong relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the position leads a dynamic team across Estimating, Project Management, Drafting, Fabrication, and Installation to foster a one-team mindset and deliver exceptional execution.
