Sales & Customer Service Representative

This role joins the Service team to oversee the complete project lifecycle, from managing sales leads and generating quotes to coordinating with technical and warehouse teams for seamless execution. New hires will provide in-person customer consultation, determine product solutions, and resolve issues while maintaining professional communication across email, phone, and showroom interactions. Success depends on verifying measurements, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the accurate delivery of installed glass and glazing products.
