The Director of Commercial Operations drives commercial excellence across the business segment by leading processes, systems, and teams to support revenue growth, margin expansion, and customer satisfaction. This role serves as the operational backbone of the commercial organization, ensuring alignment between Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Finance, and Executive Leadership. The position is responsible for managing performance metrics, driving proposal and pricing governance, and providing visibility into pipeline and revenue conversion.
