The Director, Compensation leads the design and execution of compensation and equity programs as the company prepares for and operates as a public company. This role partners with Legal, Finance, external counsel, and the Compensation Committee to support S-1 development, SEC disclosures, and governance while ensuring compensation practices align with company values and market expectations. The director also builds scalable processes, models, and tools to drive data-backed decisions and communicate compensation strategy across the organization.
