Director, Executive Compensation

An experienced leader responsible for delivering on the Executive Compensation mandate, including preparing Human Resources Committee and Board-level materials and supporting proxy disclosures. The role oversees design and execution of executive compensation programs, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and governance standards. The position partners across HR, Finance, Legal and external advisors to drive program strategy and risk management.
