Director, Compliance

The Director, Compliance leads the Hong Kong Business Unit's Financial Crime Compliance Program, ensuring alignment with enterprise AML/ATF and Sanctions Policies and regulatory requirements. This role provides independent oversight, develops compliance frameworks, and manages sanctions and AML/CTF programs to mitigate financial crime risks. The position also involves regulatory engagement, advisory services, and leading the Financial Crime Compliance team to foster a culture of integrity and accountability.
