The Director, Controls and Technology Risk Intelligence leads the development and continuous improvement of the First Line Controls capability across Real-Time Payments International. This role strengthens controls governance, testing, monitoring, and issue management to ensure a robust control environment aligned with the Operational Risk & Controls framework. The position involves partnering with cross-functional teams to embed effective controls into technology and processes while driving automation and AI for continuous assurance.
