About this role

B Lab is seeking a Director, Customer Experience to lead the organization's Customer Experience function, responsible for creating consistent, intuitive, and valuable experiences that enable businesses to successfully engage with B Lab's certification, products, and services. The role involves designing customer journeys, translating customer insights into product and service improvements, and leading customer operations and account management coordination. This full-time, remote-first position requires the candidate to be a resident of the Netherlands, the U.K., Brazil, Pennsylvania, or New York, and within commuting distance of the corresponding office location.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end customer journey design and continuous improvement across certification and products
Translate customer insights into actionable recommendations to improve products, services, and organizational strategy
Build and scale customer support, learning, and account management capabilities for global regions
