About this role
The Director of Digital Onboarding will lead and scale Kaseya’s digital onboarding and adoption experiences across its product portfolio, focusing on data-driven programs that accelerate time-to-value and improve product adoption. The role is based in Colombia and partners closely with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
