Director, Data Science and Bioinformatics

The role leads and expands the Data Science and Bioinformatics function for Natera's Women’s Health and Organ Health product lines, building bioinformatics capabilities, establishing scalable AWS cloud infrastructure, and ensuring the quality and reproducibility of genomic algorithms used in clinical products. The leader will define strategy, oversee infrastructure and automation, collaborate cross‑functionally, and grow a high‑performing team of bioinformaticians and data scientists.
