About this role
The Director, Development at Teach For America is a field-based fundraiser responsible for leading local donor development efforts within the Metro Atlanta area. This role is part of the Revenue and Development team and partners closely with Executive Directors and regional advisory boards to support the organization’s fundraising strategy and goals. The position focuses on advancing both public and private funding streams to support Teach For America’s mission.
