Director, Direct-to-Consumer (DTC)

The Director, Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) will execute the company's strategy for launching and running Town & Country Living's direct-to-consumer e-commerce website, overseeing delivery of the channel's P&L goals and targets. This hands-on leader will build and run the DTC business from the ground up, managing revenue growth, contribution margin targets, and performance marketing while partnering with design, sourcing, and supply chain teams. The role requires accountability for hitting strategic goals within the company's established framework and budget.
