Director, Drug Product Formulation and Process Development

This role leads the design and execution of formulation and process development activities across the product lifecycle, supporting programs from early development through commercialization. The position provides technical leadership within CMC teams, managing end-to-end development activities including formulation screening, scale-up, and technology transfer to CDMOs. It involves setting enterprise-level strategy, ensuring regulatory readiness, and mentoring junior team members to drive continuous improvement.
