Director of Employee & Labour Relations EMEA based in London or Dublin leading a team of Employee Relations Partners and People Consultants within Workday’s People Consulting, Employee Relations and HR Compliance function. The role focuses on shaping employee experience and workplace culture across EMEA, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders and supporting organisational growth. It reports to the Senior Director, Global Employee Relations and involves building regional strategy and maintaining compliance with European labour laws.
