Director, Employee Relations - Asia

The Director, Employee Relations – Asia will be based in Malaysia and lead regional employee relations, labor compliance, and labor relations efforts across assigned Asian locations. The role partners with People Organization leaders and Legal to ensure consistent policies, promote a respectful and safe workplace culture, and support business leaders on people-related decisions. This position involves regional alignment, oversight of investigations, and coaching people managers and ER teams.
