About this role

The Associate Vice President of Global Employee Relations leads Pacific Life’s global Employee Relations function, responsible for scaling and standardizing ER standards, governance, and processes across jurisdictions. The role partners with executives, HRBPs, and Legal to advise on sensitive workplace issues and ensures compliant, consistent handling of complex investigations and ER matters.
