About this role
The Director, Operational Excellence, Americas leads Allegion’s efforts to define and embed an Operational Excellence model and roadmap across the Americas. The role partners with Strategic Business Units and site leaders to align OPEX with corporate strategy and long-range plans and drives cultural transformation toward continuous improvement. This position is based in Carmel, IN and operates on a hybrid work model supporting multi-site and corporate initiatives.
