About this role
This role leads Pfizer’s site-level continuous improvement and project management program to accelerate operational excellence and simplify processes that support patient-impacting breakthroughs. The position partners with site leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to shape and embed the IMEx/OpEx system across the organization, strengthening capabilities and governance. It is based in Toluca, Mexico with a hybrid work assignment.
