The Director, Enterprise Security & IT will lead the newly unified Security, Compliance, and IT operations teams, establishing the operating model, culture, and technical direction for the function. This role is responsible for owning the company's security posture, managing compliance audits, and ensuring reliable IT infrastructure to support the entire organization. The position involves setting governance standards for AI and access, negotiating security agreements, and partnering with leadership to drive strategic initiatives.
