Director, FP&A

The Director, FP&A leads the corporate finance team during a period of rapid, acquisition-driven growth, owning the consolidation of financial results, lender compliance reporting, and monthly financial packages for the Executive Leadership Team and Board. This hands-on leadership role involves managing the annual budget and rolling forecast processes, partnering with department leaders to manage expenses, and driving the integration of financial processes for newly acquired companies. The position also focuses on maximizing the use of the Vena FP&A platform to automate and standardize consolidation, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting while managing and developing a team of financial analysts.
