The Director, Fraud Strategy & Operations serves as a key operational partner to the VP of Consumer Banking, Payments and Fraud, supporting the execution of fraud programs across Payactiv's consumer banking and payments ecosystem. This role engineers fraud prevention by designing, implementing, and optimizing real-time decisioning logic for the card portfolio using advanced data analytics. The position acts as the bridge between raw data and actionable security to intercept fraudulent transactions while ensuring a seamless experience for legitimate users.
