Fraud Strategy Specialist - Card Issuance

The Fraud Strategy Specialist - Card Issuance at Félix will own the end-to-end fraud strategy for the new card issuance program, designing authorization decisioning and controls to prevent fraud while ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role involves building the fraud infrastructure from the ground up, monitoring network-level fraud health, and partnering with product and engineering teams to embed controls directly into the card issuance and wallet funding flows. The specialist will also manage cardholder fraud lifecycle, dispute strategy, and vendor conversations to keep the program compliant with card network thresholds.
