About this role
This role builds the Gender thematic area within Pan-African Programs by setting strategic direction and engaging partners across program design and implementation. It advances the Foundation’s commitment to enabling dignified and fulfilling work for young women and youth by providing thematic expertise and facilitating gender-responsive interventions at all organizational levels. The position represents and promotes the Foundation’s gender thought leadership across Pan-African, regional and country programs.
