Director, Global Compensation

This role sits on Boomi’s Total Rewards team and is responsible for managing and evolving the company’s global compensation programs to ensure competitiveness, internal equity, and scalability. The position partners with People, Finance, and business leaders to support pay decisions, incentive design, and equity administration while preparing materials for executive and committee review. It also contributes to compensation cost forecasting and builds strategy for market data and job architecture. The role includes leadership responsibilities for coaching and developing compensation team members.
