Responsibilities

Lead the global Total Rewards function providing strategic leadership across Compensation and Benefits
Develop and evolve an integrated Total Rewards strategy aligned to business priorities
Build trusted partnerships across People & Culture, Finance, Legal, and AI & Transformation
Lead annual compensation planning, market benchmarking, and incentive programs
Build and develop a high-performing Total Rewards team through coaching and succession planning
