The Director, Marketing Analytics & Insights – Content & Creative is a senior leader who defines the vision for measuring and scaling content and creative performance across Target. This role partners closely with Marketing, Creative, Media, and Digital teams to embed data-informed decision-making into the content creation lifecycle. The position leads a team of analytics professionals and drives the development of creative measurement frameworks, analytics products, and enablement capabilities.
