Director, High Speed SerDes Application Engineering

As a Director of Application Engineering at Marvell, you will lead a global team of application engineers focused on enabling high-speed SerDes IP across enterprise, cloud, and AI infrastructure. The role involves bridging the gap between IP development and real-world system deployment by driving technical validation, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration. You will define team strategy, manage resources, and act as the primary technical authority for protocols including PCIe, Ethernet, and Fibre Channel up to 224G+.
