Director, HR Technology and Workforce Analytics

The Director, HR Technology & Workforce Analytics defines, builds, and executes Columbus McKinnon's global HR technology, workforce data, and people analytics strategy. Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, this leader creates a multi-year roadmap, governance, and operating model to turn workforce information into trusted business insight. The role partners across HR, IT, Finance, and other functions to improve employee experience, operational efficiency, and workforce decision-making.
