Director, HR Technology

As a Director of HR Technology, you will lead the strategic vision and roadmap for HR systems in the Americas, partnering with HR, IT, and global teams to ensure scalable, employee-centric solutions. This role involves managing a local team, driving enterprise-wide transformations, and leveraging data analytics and AI to optimize Workday and other HR applications. You will be responsible for overseeing the full HRIS implementation lifecycle, managing project risks, and providing thought leadership on future technology strategies.
