Director HRBP Global Footprint

The HRBP Director, Footprint is a strategic HR leader responsible for the people and organizational workstream for global manufacturing footprint initiatives, including site expansions, transfers, capacity growth projects, acquisitions, and new site establishment. This role partners with cross-functional teams to translate business expansion strategies into workforce, organizational, and HR execution plans. The incumbent leads all HR activities from location assessment and business case development through site launch, ramp-up, and operational stabilization.
