The Director, Human Resources Business Partner is a senior regional HR leader responsible for partnering with functional leaders across Asia to drive organizational effectiveness and deliver the people strategy for the Regional Office and Corporate Functions. The role supports talent culture and strategy, workforce planning, and HR program development while representing the Sun Life brand in regional people initiatives. This position reports to the Head of Human Resources, Regional Office and Corporate Functions, Asia.
