About this role
The Director I, Technical Assistance leads CEO’s effort to expand income-supported reentry employment by shaping and executing intermediary and technical assistance strategies for community-based organizations, public agencies, and workforce providers. The role develops scalable platforms and tools, strengthens CEO’s national reentry field-building efforts aligned with the FY26–FY30 Strategic Plan, and represents the organization in national forums. This position also supervises staff, collaborates across teams, and engages external partners to influence policy and program implementation.

They provide ongoing case management and support to help participants retain employment, reduce recidivism, and rebuild economic stability. CEO partners with employers, justice systems, and funders to scale evidence-based reentry solutions.
